Opening hours can vary from place to place, but as a general rule they are as follows:

• Shops: Open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM. Closed Monday mornings. Shopping night on Thursday night or Friday night (opened through 9 PM).
• Banks: Open Mon. to Fri. from 9 AM to 4 PM. Open from 9 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturdays.
• Post offices: Open Mon. to Fri. from 9 AM to 5:30 PM; to 1 PM on Saturdays.
• Museums: Open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM. Some are closed on Mondays.
